See an Imagination Homes Sales Consultant for details. $0 down payment financing and 4.99% introductory 5/1 adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) offers are available to qualifying buyers who contract to purchase a select Imagination home in the Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston areas between October 5 and December 31, 2026 (the Program Period), finance through Priority Home Mortgage or LoanDepot under the applicable offer and close by December 31, 2026. Both lenders offer the same down payment assistance program for qualified $0-down buyers. Depending on the loan, assistance may be provided through a second loan secured by a lien on the home. $0 down does not necessarily mean no funds will be due at closing. The 4.99% offer is an introductory rate for the first five years of a 5/1 ARM; the rate may change annually thereafter. Priority Home Mortgage’s 4.99% ARM example has a 6.356% APR. Beginning in year six, its rate may adjust based on the one-year CMT index plus a 1.75% margin, subject to a maximum first adjustment of 1 percentage point, a maximum change of 1 percentage point at subsequent adjustments and the lender’s stated lifetime cap. LoanDepot’s example uses a rate buydown; buydown funding may come from a seller or borrower, subject to applicable limits, and borrower funding may require an upfront payment.
